Return Policy

Within 10 days of receiving the order is possible to request the return, only and exclusively, for replacement being a handmade product. The return applies only to a faulty product and we can't apply to our craft products only due to size errors.
The product to be returned must not have been used and must be returned in its original packaging with the appropriate transport packaging.
To request a return for the reasons mentioned above, and for any other need for it must be made to send an email to info@labottegucciapositano.it with the order number and the reason for return, our staff will contact you for the information on the procedure to be follow.

Upon delivery of the parcel to our warehouse you is possible will be able to obtain the replacement of the item providing for the exchange of the amount corresponding to the value of the goods resulting from the invoice to the Customer.
The shipping costs for returns are paid by the buyer, only in case of non-conforming product the shipping costs are the responsibility of La Botteguccia Positano.
